📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across North Luzon commercial properties • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance • Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize disruption to building operations • Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities • Ensure properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions • Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives • Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery • Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests • Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers • Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients • Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements • Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the North Luzon property cluster • Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance records

🎯 Requirements
