📋 Description
• You'll lead sourcing strategies and execution of sourcing events for food and beverage on a major account, directly impacting the daily experience of employees. • This role combines strategic procurement expertise with a passion for creating workplace environments where people thrive.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically in food and beverage services (catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, beverage programs) • Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence • Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies
