📋 Description

• Oversee multiple concurrent configuration management projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Develop project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and success metrics • Coordinate Configuration Management, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and business stakeholder teams • Establish and track KPIs and SLAs for configuration management operations and projects • Provide executive-level status reporting on progress, resources, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies • Facilitate communication and alignment across global teams • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for deployment, maintenance, and configuration workflows • Conduct project status meetings, maintain documentation, and manage change control • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation and contingency plans • Participate in a follow-the-sun global support model for critical escalations and milestone deliveries • Mentor team members on project management and configuration management practices • Create project charters, deployment plans, status reports, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews • Collaborate on infrastructure projects, application rollouts, and technology lifecycle initiatives • Incorporate application health monitoring and system maintenance into project planning • Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI tools to accelerate planning, analyze data, identify risks, and draft stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience • At least 2 years managing infrastructure, configuration management, or application deployment projects • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and within budget in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, software deployment processes, and endpoint configuration management • Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI dashboards, and other analytics platforms • Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional global teams • Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation and reporting • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in complex technical and organizational challenges • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience with IT Service Management platforms, particularly ServiceNow, preferred • Familiarity with SCCM/MCM, Intune, Active Directory, JAMF, or similar endpoint management and deployment tools preferred • Knowledge of application packaging, deployment methodologies, and configuration management best practices preferred • Experience managing large-scale software deployments in environments with 50,000+ endpoints preferred • Background working with distributed, global teams across multiple time zones preferred • Experience presenting to and collaborating with Executive Leadership and business stakeholders preferred • Experience with system health monitoring, compliance reporting, and operational metrics tracking preferred • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for project management, automation, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making preferred
