📋 Description

• Assist the Contractor Safety Lead in developing contractor safety policies, standards, procedures, and operational playbooks • Coordinate rollout of contractor safety resources, tools, and training modules • Establish and manage a global Contractor Safety Champions network • Maintain a centralized library of contractor safety templates • Manage the digital contractor safety induction platform and track completion data • Support contractor pre-qualification and vetting processes • Collect, validate, and manage contractor safety performance data • Maintain and improve the global contractor safety performance dashboard • Analyze trends in incidents, near misses, inspections, and audit findings • Prepare reports and presentations on contractor safety metrics • Monitor KPIs and flag anomalies, non-compliance, and emerging risks • Support business cases and ROI analysis for program enhancements • Assist with contractor safety audits, inspections, verification, and assurance protocols • Track corrective actions and implementation status across regions and business lines • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and business updates • Facilitate communication between global, regional, and local teams • Serve as power user and subject matter expert for HSSE technology platforms • Support evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital contractor safety tools • Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in HSSE, with specific exposure to contractor safety data analysis or HSSE program coordination • Strong analytical skills and experience collecting, managing, and analyzing safety data • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools highly desired • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and accountability • Comfort with HSSE technology platforms, learning management systems, and digital tools • Ability to learn new systems quickly and provide user support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with ability to simplify complexity and drive execution
