📋 Description

• Schedule and facilitate governance reviews and client meetings, including MMRs, QBRs, annual presentations, and cross-account materials • Track KPI scoring and performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, alongside manager meetings and account team townhalls • Monitor action items through the Escalation Tracker process, ensuring overdue items are flagged and closed in a timely manner • Oversee the Quality Programme, including audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans in line with QMS requirements • Maintain accurate and complete governance documentation and evidence across the account team SharePoint • Lead the client experience programme for Reception Standards, designing and delivering training and building a network of workplace ambassadors • Act as the go-to contact for governance-related queries from internal teams and clients, providing clear guidance on process and requirements • Support key account systems and tools (e.g., Corrigo, Azara, JLL Serve) and maintain the L&D matrix in partnership with the EMEA Ops Lead and Account Director.

🎯 Requirements

• A background in governance, compliance, risk, or quality management within a corporate or facilities management setting • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across clients, leadership, and operational teams • Strong facilitation skills—comfortable running meetings, documenting outcomes, and driving actions to closure • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), risk registers, and compliance frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confident presentation skills and active listening • A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for quality and service excellence • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities • A collaborative, goal-oriented approach, paired with the honesty and initiative to challenge the status quo and drive improvement.
