📋 Description
• Lead the creation and distribution of comprehensive Post Performance Reports following each review cycle. • Conduct detailed post-month-end reviews to assess KPI achievement across all posts. • Support the monthly KPI calculation and validation process, acting as an internal auditor for accuracy and fairness. • Play a central role in executing the regional performance strategy aimed at achieving sustained 100% KPI compliance. • Facilitate regular performance review meetings with post managers and regional supervisors. • Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior leadership on regional performance health.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in performance management, operations analysis, or service delivery within facilities management or a similar service-led industry, including KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting. • Proven ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels and cultures. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages and familiarity with JLL systems are advantageous.
