📋 Description

• Uphold excellence and high standards in predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance programs and conservation practices • Work closely with other line managers • Monitor M&E projects for the H&M Philippines Account and MES Mobile Engineering Projects • Ensure project quality and timely delivery • Prepare complete and accurate facility management reports • Provide hands-on facility, contract, and procurement management technical services to the client • Contribute to financial targets and goals set by the Country Hub Lead • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Manage on-site mechanical works • Prepare critical spares lists for installations • Plan maintenance inventory with in-house teams • Develop pre-emptive maintenance programs to prevent sudden breakdowns • Maintain logbooks, monitoring records, checklists, and schedules • Arrange ad-hoc/reactive maintenance setups based on client requirements • Perform other related field activities assigned by the MES HUB Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering expertise • Experience managing on-site mechanical works • Ability to prepare critical spares lists based on manufacturers’ recommendations • Ability to plan maintenance inventory for in-house teams • Ability to identify critical equipment failures and develop pre-emptive maintenance programs • Ability to maintain current logbooks, monitoring records, checklists, and schedules • Ability to arrange ad-hoc/reactive maintenance setups based on client requirements • Ability to provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management technical services • Ability to monitor M&E projects for quality and timely delivery • Ability to prepare complete and accurate facility management reports • Ability to achieve KPIs and meet SLAs
