📋 Description

• Build and lead Advantage HQ’s operating system • Own operational excellence across the client delivery organization • Ensure client delivery teams execute on time and to a high standard • Build operating rhythms to identify delivery risks proactively • Drive accountability across project management, account management, creative, media buying, influencer operations, and cross-functional delivery teams • Design and continuously improve company operations • Build scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and operating cadences • Leverage AI, automation, and technology to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency • Remove operational bottlenecks and ensure departments have clear KPIs, ownership, and performance visibility • Lead operational excellence across Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, collections, reporting, and financial controls • Improve operational planning and resource allocation • Lead Talent & People operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and people operations • Ensure hiring keeps pace with company growth and critical positions are filled quickly • Lead weekly business reviews and operational planning • Drive company-wide initiatives from planning through execution • Hold teams accountable to commitments, deadlines, and measurable outcomes • Create company-performance visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting • Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner on execution and operational scaling • Build systems that reduce founder dependency and enable predictable operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company • Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations • Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth • Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management • Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance client outcomes with operational efficiency • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills • Highly analytical with a bias toward action and ownership • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and constant change • Experience scaling organizations from approximately 100 employees to 300+ employees • Experience leading operations in an agency, professional services business, SaaS company, or high-growth startup • Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) • Experience managing globally distributed teams • Experience implementing AI and automation to improve operational efficiency • Experience partnering directly with founders and executive teams
