📋 Description

• Design and improve the systems that power the business • Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes through automation • Improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and access information • Build dashboards and reporting to help leaders make better decisions • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity • Lead business systems initiatives from idea through implementation • Partner with leaders across the organization to solve operational challenges • Lead and mentor a small technical team • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, increase business visibility, and build a more scalable organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading business systems, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Experience improving workflows across multiple departments • Experience building reporting or operational visibility for leadership teams • Experience introducing automation or AI that created measurable business improvements • Experience working closely with executives to solve business problems • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, business intelligence and reporting platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI productivity tools is highly desirable • Ability to think like a business leader first and a technologist second • Ability to solve complex operational problems • Ability to improve systems and processes • Ability to communicate with executives and technical teams
