📋 Description

• Deliver monthly space utilization reports and maintain current space data across the portfolio • Manage and validate site audit processes to ensure data accuracy • Monitor utilization patterns and trends, providing insights for strategic decisions • Maintain CAFM system accuracy, including space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignments • Gather and analyze space and adjacency requirements from stakeholders • Develop space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios using AutoCAD • Create and update stack plans reflecting current occupancy and future requirements • Design and implement occupancy strategies with detailed migration sequencing plans • Facilitate communication between local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account management • Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences • Build productive relationships enabling smooth project execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in corporate environments focused on strategic space or occupancy planning • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations • Working knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software platforms • AutoCAD proficiency for test-fits and area calculations • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinking to address data limitations and implement process improvements • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with global teams • Flexibility to accommodate EMEA/AMER time zones • Proactive, innovative mindset with adaptability to changing priorities • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success • Strategic thinking capabilities with business acumen • Facilities Management System (FMS) experience preferred
