📋 Description

• Follow structured decision trees, defined risk criteria, and standard operating procedures accurately and consistently • Identify patterns, gaps, and recurring issues and escalate observations appropriately • Document findings, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately within enterprise systems • Coordinate with action owners and escalate issues respectfully • Track, filter, and perform basic analysis of data using Microsoft Excel • Prepare documentation and adhere to SOPs using Microsoft Word • Apply risk criteria effectively and recognize situations requiring escalation • Complete assigned tasks through to closure or appropriately escalate them • Manage fluctuating workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to follow structured decision trees, defined risk criteria, and standard operating procedures with high accuracy and consistency • Ability to identify patterns, gaps, or recurring issues and escalate observations appropriately • Clear and professional written communication skills • Demonstrated process discipline in structured, rules-based environments • Exceptional attention to detail • Familiarity with incident management, EHS, risk management, or compliance workflows preferred • Foundational understanding of AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop validation processes • Adaptability in evolving, dynamic environments • Openness to feedback and ability to incorporate updates to SOPs, risk definitions, and AI-related workflows • Professional stakeholder interaction and coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Proven experience working within enterprise systems such as incident management or case management platforms • Sound analytical judgment and ability to apply risk criteria and recognize escalation situations • Interest in safety risk concepts and AI-supported tools • Strong accountability, ownership, and time management skills
