• Assist the Operations Director with quality facility management services • Ensure Integrated Facilities Management services are delivered consistently • Oversee regional budgets and financial performance • Drive safety-first culture across the region • Engage with site teams to drive savings initiatives • Conduct facility inspections for quality assurance
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in facility management • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities • Capacity for consistent and effective collaboration with teams • Strong understanding of safety standards and practices
