📋 Description

• Abstract critical and key information from contracts and contract documentation • Develop continuous improvement in the abstract process through AI and manual methods • Store individual contract abstracts using an agreed filing structure • Transfer abstract information into the contract database system(s) • Maintain a log and record of contracts requested, in process, tracking status and open queries • Assist in sourcing contract documents • Use sales pipeline reporting to identify upcoming contracts • Cross-check commercial contract data with potential sources within the business • Perform contract document reviews for completeness

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks • Attention to detail and high workplace ethics • Interest in reading, strong comprehension and paraphrasing skills • Self-motivated and a strong team player
