📋 Description

• Oversee operations of all facilities across the whole portfolio • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Regional Facilities Management professionals • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of facility-related activities • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements • Support Regional FM’s to develop and manage baseline for each building • Ensure all sites are fully audited and facilities inspected • Drive Innovation, Sustainability & Social Enterprise KPI requirements in region • Develop and maintain strong relationships with country and regional leads within the client team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, building systems, and industry best practices • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control principles • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other facility management software • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are desirable.
