📋 Description
• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client. • Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. • Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals. • Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk. • Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract and COI compliance, RFx/Process Improvements, Diverse Spend, and adherence to Procurement Playbook. • Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based methods for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience. • Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. • MBA, a plus • CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred. • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer. • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%) • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
