📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories • Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives • Conduct sophisticated RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders • Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify consolidation opportunities • Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management • Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering cost savings • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis and market research • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, contract structures, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks • Advanced proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office suite
