📋 Description

• You advise prominent clients on the successful delivery of their high‑profile building projects • Direct and coordinate internal and external project teams to ensure project success • Monitor costs, schedules, quality and quantities throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain oversight of project completion processes, commissioning and handover

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Construction Project Management or a related field • Relevant professional experience as a project manager or similar in handling complex construction projects (minimum 5 years) • Motivated, confident and able to work in a structured manner • Strong sense of responsibility, high standards for the quality of your work, and the ability to investigate and resolve unfamiliar issues to a successful conclusion • Basic to advanced knowledge of relevant regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB) • Strong team and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Very good English skills; some projects are carried out in English
