📋 Description

• Manage complex, non-standard refrigeration and store fixture accessory orders across a large retail footprint • Act as the central coordinator between stores, engineering, vendors, and internal procurement to ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and fulfillment • Process and manage non-catalog / exception-based orders, interpret incomplete or ambiguous store requests, validate compatibility with specific equipment, and perform store visits as necessary • Work directly with multiple vendors including requesting quotes, expediting urgent shipments, confirming availability and specifications, and tracking shipments • Serve as liaison between store managers, engineering, and procurement/finance, and navigate situations where items are not in approved request forms, specs vary by store or equipment, and orders are urgent and time-sensitive

🎯 Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and ability to interpret unclear requests • Experience in refrigerated retail, store merchandising, GNFR procurement, or similar industry • High attention to detail (quantities, specs, compatibility) • Excellent email communication & stakeholder management • Ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously
