📋 Description
• Lead sourcing processes end-to-end: supplier identification, RFPs, bid evaluations, and onboarding for Puerto Rico client Campus • Manage suppliers across facility services (janitorial, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) • Support procurement for capital projects including fit-outs, renovations, and small construction projects (typically under $300K) • Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to drive better sourcing decisions • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and risk management standards • Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to review and execute contracts • Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple client sites
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain • Experience supporting facility services and/or construction/project procurement • Experience in regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, GMP) is strongly preferred • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (fully bilingual) • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
