📋 Description

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges on the Corrigo Platform • Partner with Product and Architecture to define technical approaches for complex features • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-component features from design through testing, deployment, and post-release health • Lead code reviews and set team quality standards • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system production issues and drive systemic remediation • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed • Produce and own technical design documents for significant features or architectural changes • Mentor P2/P3 engineers through pairing, review, and direct feedback • Drive engineering best practices and contribute to platform modernization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 8+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products • Expertise in both frontend and backend development, or deep expertise in one with strong working knowledge of the other • Experience with .NET Framework, .NET 8, or .NET 10 • Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC • API design and development of RESTful web services • Experience with distributed applications, service-oriented architecture, caching, and related concepts • Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, topics, and related technologies • Understanding business requirements and providing sound technical designs and solutions • Experience with design and development on relational databases • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure • Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Active experience using AI-powered development tools • Ability to evaluate and adopt new AI tools for software development workflows • Demonstrated mentorship or technical leadership of junior engineers • Ability to produce technical design documents and make architectural trade-offs • Desirable: platform modernization experience • Desirable: ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate • Desirable: Azure, NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch • Desirable: Kubernetes and Docker • Desirable: JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular • Desirable: observability tooling • Desirable: systematic tech-debt reduction • Desirable: agile methodologies
