📋 Description

• Proactively support operational teams in the use of systems, anticipating needs and documenting guidelines, processes and solutions • Implement, configure, monitor and ensure the proper functioning of JLL’s technology portfolio platforms • Serve as the primary point of contact for account teams and clients for system-related questions, support and requirements • Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports on operational indicators and service-level metrics • Explore solutions for new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems by configuring, documenting and deploying solutions • Deliver training and enablement sessions on systems, including on-site sessions with clients as needed • Maintain system and user process documentation, keeping it up to date and accessible

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field • Advanced English • Experience in system administration and support • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven analytical mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-service focus • Ability to work autonomously and proactively • Advanced Spanish (preferred) • Knowledge or experience with CMMS and IWMS platforms, especially Corrigo (preferred) • Knowledge of development, Business Intelligence or databases (preferred) • Experience interfacing with multiple business teams to understand requirements (preferred)
