📋 Description

• Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations • Ensure systems are running optimally and efficiently • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for system and application issues • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed • Develop and deliver user training programs • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement • Implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability • Assist with compliance and auditing activities • Develop and implement scripts and automation tools • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members on service-related issues and projects • Support security policies and procedures • Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role • Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support • Experience with scripting and automation tools • Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus • Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 are a plus
