đ Description
⢠Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations ⢠Ensure systems are running optimally and efficiently ⢠Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for system and application issues ⢠Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed ⢠Develop and deliver user training programs ⢠Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures ⢠Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement ⢠Implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability ⢠Assist with compliance and auditing activities ⢠Develop and implement scripts and automation tools ⢠Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members on service-related issues and projects ⢠Support security policies and procedures ⢠Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience ⢠3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role ⢠Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support ⢠Experience with scripting and automation tools ⢠Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⢠Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus ⢠Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 are a plus
