📋 Description

• Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues. • Develop and deliver user training programs to enhance user knowledge and adoption of technology systems. • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. • Assist with compliance and auditing activities, ensuring systems meet security and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration on service-related issues and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role • Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support • Experience with scripting and automation tools • Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus. • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) are a plus.
