📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned requisitions, primarily data center roles • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach • Screen resumes and applications against technical and cultural requirements • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipeline data in the ATS • Partner with hiring managers on requirements, team dynamics, candidate profiles, market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies • Provide recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders • Build relationships with internal teams to support seamless hiring processes • Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout recruitment • Provide timely communication and feedback to applicants • Guide candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination • Monitor data center industry trends, competition, and talent availability • Recommend innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-find talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment • Proven success filling technical or operational roles • Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced settings • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search • Excellent screening and assessment capabilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency • Adaptable and able to integrate rapidly into existing teams • Collaborative and positive attitude • Professional demeanor and high ethical standards • Resilience and comfort managing ambiguity • Data center, facilities management, or critical infrastructure recruitment experience is advantageous • Understanding of data center roles and technical certifications such as CDCP and CDCS is advantageous • Recruitment experience in real estate, construction, or industrial sectors is advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Professional recruitment certifications such as AIRS or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter are a plus
