📋 Description

• Organize and maintain the central sales library, ensuring case studies, credentials, and marketing materials are up-to-date, brand-compliant, and accessible via SharePoint/CRM • Assist in designing and formatting PowerPoint decks for client pitches and RFPs • Conduct market research and proofread documents for accuracy • Coordinate logistics for sales training sessions and workshops • Assist in creating and updating internal sales playbooks and onboarding materials • Assist in drafting sales-related contracts • Follow up on internal stamping and approval processes to ensure compliance and smooth execution

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex information clearly • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Advanced PowerPoint formatting skills preferred • Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • High level of accuracy in proofreading, data entry, and document formatting • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Keen interest in real estate, construction, or professional services sales dynamics • Basic graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud advantageous but not required • Previous internship experience in marketing, sales operations, or administrative support preferred
