📋 Description

• Deliver financial services, including managing payments to IFM suppliers • Calculate monthly expense and revenue accruals and support period close • Coordinate JLL client billings in a timely and accurate manner • Review billing templates and supporting documents, including contract terms, T&E reports, reimbursable expense trackers, and open AR analysis • Manage bank balance and review Open AP and payment schedule lists • Assist with Open PO report reviews and educate teams on common errors • Educate site teams on process flows and corrective actions to build a self-help culture • Work with site teams and client finance to calculate monthly accruals • Assist with APAC variance reporting and streamline reports and processes • Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes • Review month-end checklists • Perform other ad-hoc work as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting • Good command of spoken and written English • AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis experiences in finance across APAC will be a plus • Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes • Excel-based reporting will be advantageous
