📋 Description

• Deliver financial services, including managing payments to IFM suppliers • Calculate monthly expense accrual, revenue accrual, and period close • Coordinate JLL client billings for the account team accurately and on time • Review billing templates and supporting documentation • Manage bank balance and review Open AP and payment schedules • Assist with Open PO report reviews and educate operational teams on common errors • Educate site teams on process flows and corrective actions • Work with site teams and client finance to calculate monthly accruals • Assist with APAC variance reporting compilation • Support forecast and budgeting processes • Review month-end checklists • Assist with ad-hoc work as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting • Good command of spoken and written English • AP/AR/GL and Financial Analysis experiences in finance across APAC will be a plus • Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes • Excel-based reporting will be advantageous
