📋 Description

• Lead interior design efforts on mid-to-large scale commercial interior projects • Integrate workplace strategy, space planning, materiality, lighting, FF&E, and user experience • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, finish palettes, and 3D visualizations • Oversee coordinated design documentation in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite • Serve as primary interior design point of contact during project delivery • Manage client expectations and proactively resolve design-related issues • Ensure designs meet building codes, accessibility standards, life safety requirements, and sustainability frameworks • Collaborate with cost consultants and procurement teams on budgets and value engineering • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and installation mock-ups • Mentor junior interior designers and coordinators • Contribute to PDS design standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Support business development through proposals, interview presentations, and portfolio development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Minimum 7+ years of professional interior design experience, focused on corporate/commercial interiors and full project lifecycle delivery • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM workflow), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite • In-depth knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, sustainable design principles, and global workplace trends • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills • NCIDQ certification required • LEED AP and/or WELL AP accreditation strongly preferred • Experience within an integrated AEC or multidisciplinary consultancy is a plus
