📋 Description

• 配合交易经理主导商业地产交易全流程及客户租赁数据梳理和分析 • 提供基础的战略决策支持 • 完成简单交易项目并广泛支持中等难度项目 • 对接客户商业地产团队及内部利益相关方 • 协调处理国内外商业地产交易事务 • 审核租赁合同及证照，参与谈判流程并提供专业支持 • 编制各类分析报告，进行综合财务数据分析

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8年的工作经验或2-5年商业地产工作经验 • 流利的英语及韩语听说读写能力，日语者优先 • 能良好的与不同部门及地区同事、客户、利益相关者沟通 • 细致、抗压，良好的时间管理能力 • 良好的办公软件技能，Excel(数据透视表、公式、数据整合与分析)和基本的PowerPoint编写技能 • 良好的组织能力，创造性思维，注重细节和分析能力 • 良好的团队合作精神及分享意识
