📋 Description

• Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently • Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates • Mentor and upskill Senior Analysts on the team • Oversee data loads, validation, and cleansing • Support Functional Master Data efforts • Document end-to-end processes • Liaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy reviews among key stakeholders • Ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results using knowledge of financial models and processes • Ensure overall customer satisfaction during the deployment process • Resolve and escalate issues and risks to management where required • Ensure alignment of project initiatives with global design • Enforce PMO standards and the deployment approach end-to-end • Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives • Work with global teams to drive deeper standardization efforts • Share creative ideas, suggestions, and feedback • Manage data cleaning, governance, and migration • Enforce governance, team structure, and interactions between teams • Mobilize, motivate, and hold teams and key partners accountable for delivery • Develop and implement status reports, portfolio dashboards, visual metrics, and daily status reporting • Monitor project/run-state progress and ensure compliance • Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree • Supply Chain Manufacturing experience required • Affiliate Customer/Vendor &/or Material Master experience required • SAP/ERP experience required • Strong people skills • Extraordinary attention to detail required • High organizational skills required • Deployment, solutions, change management experience desired • Experience with Test management Tools (JIRA) and Test management analytics desired • High level degree of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint desired • Ability to influence and interact with impact across peers and matrixed teams • Strong learning agility • Ability to navigate the various capabilities across MT SC • Preferred skills: Budgeting, Budget Management, Coaching, Communication, Expense Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Disclosures, Financial Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Financial Statement Analysis, Leverages Information, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Technical Credibility, Vendor Management
