📋 Description

• Serve as a scientific medical reference for internal and external stakeholders • Build relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals through scientific knowledge exchange • Convey the value of innovation attributes including efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, and quality of life • Execute field medical educational events for pipeline and in-line products • Shape medical practice and prepare healthcare environments during product pre-launch phases • Design and execute the KOL engagement plan with Medical Affairs and internal business partners • Ensure continued medical education and identify barriers to medical practice change • Respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, investigators, healthcare systems, and public health decision makers • Gather field insights on scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs, and opportunities • Collaborate in daily GFC work and implement medical strategies aligned with the product life cycle • Identify potential sites and support site recruitment when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Deep scientific knowledge and ability to interpret scientific data • Relevant work experience in healthcare or academic research • Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Availability to travel 70% of the time • Valid type-B driver's license • Communication and presentation skills • Business acumen • Teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with Leading Specialists • Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values • Master's degree and doctoral degree are desirable
