📋 Description

• Representing the Johnson & Johnson Vision organization by interacting with established customers and fostering strategic partnerships with customers across all channels. • Managing and developing JJVC’s Business with assigned head office accounts (National Retailers, GPO’s, and Internet Accounts). • Effectively negotiating with customers to achieve mutual business objectives: Alignment on trade investments including customer programs & promotions, educational events and staff training, sponsorship of conference events. • Building joint business plans and agreements that align with company strategies and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, and Regional Business Managers to build robust customer programs that align with internal strategies and meet current customer & market demands. • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Commerce, Business or Health Care. • Minimum of 6 years business experience required. • 5+ years experience in a direct sales environment, National/Key Account experience preferred. • Strong account management experience: building customer partnerships, activating company strategies, and building value driven collaborations. • Eye care knowledge is an asset. • Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
