📋 Description
• Support candidates on their journey to secure jobs in Southern Europe. • Conduct initial interviews via phone, email, and video chat. • Manage the entire application process from initial interview to job start. • Coordinate with our international partner companies to ensure smooth placements.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer support. • Excellent communication skills — both verbal (phone) and written. • Good English skills (at least B2) for partner communication. • Digital affinity: experience with MS Office, ATS, and online platforms. • Experience in Southern Europe such as Portugal, Spain, and Greece is a plus!
