📋 Description

• Manage incoming orders and coordinate design files • Support quoting and logistics with clear communication • Ensure all deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards • Triage leads and ensure accurate intake through internal systems • Communicate material details and shipping estimates to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. EST • Portuguese strongly preferred • English proficiency is mandatory • Software proficiency in HappyFox Helpdesk, Trello, Google Workspace, Google Spreadsheets, Google Meet
