📋 Description

• Lead and mentor developers to deliver high-quality web applications. • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using PHP and Symfony. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers. • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure performance, maintainability, and best practices. • Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer. • Strong proficiency in PHP and deep familiarity with backend best practices. • Proven experience with the Symfony framework. • Solid understanding of MySQL and ORM frameworks, ideally Doctrine. • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment. • Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. • Experience working in agile or distributed teams is a plus.
