📋 Description

• Contribute to improving the Talent Attraction strategy; • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes; • Align, advertise, and manage a high volume of vacancies; • Propose projects aimed at increasing efficiency and delivering value to the area; • Interface with company departments to ensure process alignment and harmony; • Support the Diversity & Inclusion team; • Attract, select, and support the management of people with disabilities;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed); • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; • Previous experience in the proposed role; • Experience in large companies will be considered a plus.
