• Support and ensure the control and organization of tax and procedural routines, with a focus on compliance, deadlines and interaction with regulatory bodies: • Read and interpret legal documents, ensuring a proper understanding of requirements; • Handle CND (Tax Clearance Certificates), DTE, and respond to audits, notifications and tax enforcement proceedings, ensuring organization and timely compliance; • Draft standard documents such as powers of attorney, notifications and basic legal drafts; • Provide support in managing administrative and judicial processes, performing research, monitoring and controls; • Maintain and update spreadsheets for processes and documents, ensuring the reliability of information; • Monitor legal and administrative deadlines to ensure obligations are met; • Interface with internal departments to collect and validate information and documentation; • Register and manage documents in internal systems; • Oversee deadlines, processes and documents with an analytical mindset and strong organizational skills; • Demonstrate proactivity in gathering information and anticipating operational needs; • Work collaboratively with attorneys and various company departments, contributing to process efficiency; • Use Excel as a tool for data control and organization; • Work with government/agency systems (Federal Revenue Service, SEFAZ, among others), ensuring compliance and follow-up on requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields; • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level), with a focus on organizing and controlling information; • Proactive profile, with the ability to anticipate demands and work autonomously; • Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across departments; • Collaborative team spirit, contributing to process efficiency; • Organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing deadlines and documents; • Experience with SAP.
