Craft&Craft is a boutique Istanbul-based studio that designs and produces bespoke corporate gifts, branded packaging and curated experience boxes tailored to a client’s corporate identity and budget. They work with local artisans and designers to create handcrafted, refined and artful gift sets for corporate events, workshops and brand activations, and offer an online catalog and ordering for bespoke or catalogue selections. Craft&Craft also runs workshops and creates experiential packages to help brands leave memorable impressions.

📋 Description

• Process export booking requests for shipments in the United States, serving both internal and external customers. • Establish customer-focused operational workflows and metrics, maintaining close follow-up. • Serve as a liaison with headquarters to obtain necessary support and guidance. • Ensure timely and professional responses to all emails, phone calls, and other communication tools. • Manage key accounts that require additional attention. • Handle customer requests for bookings, pickups, and general transportation-related inquiries. • Monitor routing requests to ensure all charges are applied in accordance with contracts. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues between customers, agents, suppliers, and Craft offices. • Track LTL, FTL, drayage, and in-transit shipments to our consolidation/rail facilities or U.S. ports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; • Fluent/advanced English for conversation; • Spanish is a plus; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; • Experience working with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is desirable; • Knowledge of maritime export procedures; • Ability to analyze situations, positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive, dynamic approach; • Experience with U.S. export processes is a plus; • Familiarity with coordinating FCL export shipments; • Strong customer service / customer experience skills.
