• Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach • Run structured interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and close • Coach hiring managers on interviewing and calibration • Represent company culture and mission credibly to candidates evaluating a construction-tech B2B SaaS opportunity
• 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience • Full-cycle ownership of requisitions from intake through offer and close, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-activity recruiting environment with meaningful req volume • Direct sourcing as a core skill, not just a nice-to-have • Experience partnering with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration
