• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their trusted partner and go-to point of contact. • Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful campaign delivery. • Lead regular client calls to review performance, gather feedback, and present strategic recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional results. • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Keep projects organized and on track—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing, or advertising agency • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads • Polished, professional, and friendly with great multitasking and initiative • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and milestones • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Able to work independently and manage resources effectively • Brownie points for: • Experience with the hospitality industry • Experience working in a time-tracking environment • Experience with Basecamp
