📋 Description

• Manage and expand AIRNEX affiliate programmes on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and affiliate networks • Develop long-term strategy and KPIs with the Marketing Manager • Launch campaigns, promotions, and incentive programmes to increase affiliate engagement and revenue • Prospect, contact, and recruit potential affiliates and influencers • Negotiate and manage partnerships to grow qualified leads and conversions • Build strong affiliate and influencer relationships through consistent communication, responding within 24 hours • Provide weekly performance reports, analyse results, and suggest improvements • Oversee the full affiliate lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through conversions and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and building e-commerce affiliate programmes • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue share, and other performance-based models • Strong knowledge of Amazon Affiliate Network, including Amazon Creator Connections and Amazon Associates • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Programme • Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Commission Junction and CJ Affiliate • Analytical skills to filter raw data, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable insights • Available full-time with no concurrent freelance or external jobs • Close to native English verbal and written skills • Impeccable work ethic and professional attitude • Experience managing TikTok Shop influencers • Passion for sustainability • Ability to independently manage work, improve SOPs, and lead process improvement
