📋 Description

• Independently manage Amazon Seller Central for five DTC wellness brands • Build the portfolio’s Amazon plan with the CEO and CMO, including per-brand priorities, pricing, promotions, Subscribe & Save and seasonal pushes • Optimise copy, images, A+ content, keywords/SEO, flat files, variations, parentage and per-serving price display • Keep a Manage Your Experiments test queued for every listing • Resolve account-health issues, suppressed or blocked listings, ASIN and GS1/UPC conflicts, Brand Registry problems and compliance flags • Launch new listings, multipacks, bundles, pack-size changes and packaging transitions • Plan weekly FBA replenishment using sell-through rates; manage capacity, inbound shipments and case-pack templates; evaluate MCF • Manage stockouts and overstocks • Protect brands through Transparency enrolments, code ordering, OPR transitions and reseller control • Maintain GMP certifications, COAs and testing documentation, and monitor Amazon policy changes • Connect PPC and listing performance through keyword/search-term strategy, per-brand TACOS targets and ad-data feedback • Run the weekly Amazon scorecard • Deliver monthly per-brand revenue, fee and ROI figures by the 7th for finance close • Audit every listing, case and account-health item; establish a baseline scorecard and recommended priorities • Rebuild campaigns in company accounts with the paid-media team • Resolve the existing UPC/ASIN conflict, complete a new Transparency account and OPR packaging transition, address FBA capacity constraints and launch multipacks • Achieve a clean handover, no unmanaged account-health incidents and an independently running weekly scorecard by 90 days • Establish measured optimisation cycles for major listings and enrol the remaining SKUs in Transparency within 12 months

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, in-house or agency side, ideally across several brands • Expert case-management skills, demonstrated through reinstatements, stranded-inventory saves and catalogue conflicts personally resolved • Expert listing optimisation: flat files, variations and parentage, A+ content, keyword/SEO strategy and structured A/B testing • Ability to run an account independently, set priorities and bring the agenda • Experience coordinating FBA replenishment with a supply chain or operations team • Excellent written English • Confidence working asynchronously in Slack with a weekly video call • At least four hours of daily overlap within 8am to 2pm US Mountain Time • Hands-on Amazon PPC management across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display with TACOS discipline strongly preferred • Amazon Transparency and OPR experience preferred • Supplements or food and beverage experience, including GMP, COAs and compliance documentation preferred • Helium 10, Data Dive or similar toolchain fluency preferred • Experience taking an account over from an agency preferred • Comfort using AI tools daily preferred • Proactive communication, anticipation of supply-chain needs, and per-brand P&L thinking
