📋 Description
• Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives • Handle customer care emails (mostly FBA, roughly one per day on average) • Manage forecasting using Sostocked - creating transfer orders, loading shipments, adjusting for seasonality • Oversee PPC performance using M19 - daily reviews, adjusting TACoS targets, balancing organic ranking and margins • Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they become problems
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving abilities - the kind where you dig into data and figure things out • Fluent English and good communication skills (you'll be writing to customers and collaborating with the team) • A proactive, self-starter mentality - someone who goes after tasks without needing to be told • Brownie points for: • ⭐ Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics • ⭐ PPC knowledge and understanding the difference between ACoS and TACoS • ⭐ Familiarity with tools like Sostocked, M19, or similar platforms • ⭐ Being tech-savvy and comfortable researching new tools and staying on top of trends
