📋 Description
• Design digital ads across social platforms in collaboration with Kion’s Creative Director, marketing, and eCommerce teams • Translate creative briefs into high-performing email designs • Apply clear visual hierarchy, mobile-first design, accessibility best practices, and conversion-focused layouts • Follow established brand standards and develop creative visual treatments • Translate complex scientific information into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with brand goals • Refine designs thoughtfully based on feedback • Create designs supporting Kion’s marketing and eCommerce activities
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of professional design experience, including agency or studio experience • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop • Experience designing marketing emails in Klaviyo or another email service provider (ESP) • Strong understanding of mobile-first email design • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy • Strong understanding of accessibility • Strong understanding of conversion-focused layouts • Ability to transform complex scientific information into engaging visual communication • Experience with Shopify page-building tools is a bonus; Shogun experience is a plus • Animation experience is a bonus • Web/digital design experience is a bonus • Basic video editing experience is a bonus • Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough • Ability to receive and apply feedback thoughtfully
