• Supervise AI-assisted blog automation: topic selection, review, edits, publishing • Draft, schedule, and publish social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) • Repurpose podcast content into social clips, newsletters, and posts • Maintain a content calendar across blog, social, email, and podcast activities • Produce and format monthly/bi-weekly newsletters • Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and scheduling • Create and send out campaign and newsletter emails and monitor engagement metrics • Source and vet potential podcast interviewees, coordinate outreach, scheduling, briefing, and confirmation • Track content performance metrics and assist with reporting • Publish and update website content (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) • Collaborate with external freelancers (designers, video editors, etc.) • Support ad-hoc marketing tasks like research, copyediting, asset creation and coordination, or admin
• 2–4 years in content, marketing, communications, or agency work • Experience working in an agency environment • Strong writing and editing skills • Solid understanding of social media and newsletter best practices • Knowledgeable in creating content & conduct research with AI • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail • Experience with marketing tools (Mailchimp, Highlevel, Notion, Canva, scheduling tools) • CMS familiarity (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar) • Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, social insights, email metrics)
