• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms • Write compelling ad copy and structure campaigns for effective targeting and tracking • Create ad groups, audiences, and variations for testing and performance learning • Monitor pacing, CPCs, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities • Adjust bids, manage keywords, and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI • Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution issues via Google Tag Manager and analytics tools • Test ad creatives and landing page combinations to find performance lifts • Prepare reports with insights, trends, and data-backed recommendations • Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader goals
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns • Google Ads certified in Search, Display & Video • Deep familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and budget tracking • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset • Proactive in identifying and solving problems • Brownie points for: • Meta Blueprint Certification • Experience in fast-paced agency or multi-account environments • Enjoys campaign structure and data manipulation more than brand strategy • Naturally curious and quick to iterate based on data
