• Hjælper via telefon, chat og e-mail med: Konto- og loginproblemer • Abonnement, betalinger, aflysninger • Streamingfejl og tekniske udfordringer • Undertekster, lydsprog og indholdsspørgsmål • Promokoder og kampagneforespørgsler • Guiding af kunder, der ønsker at opsige • Håndterer hele kunderejsen uden tier-niveauer.
🎯 Requirements
• Taler dansk på C1-niveau (gerne modersmål) • Har engelsk på B2-niveau (træning foregår på engelsk) • Har stærke skriftlige kommunikationsevner • Er vant til at arbejde på PC og multitaske • Er tålmodig, serviceminded og løsningsorienteret • Erfaring er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
