• Conducts thorough research on individuals • Provides strategy insights and monitors fundraising strategy • Oversees a balanced portfolio across an assigned team • Gathers and analyzes data on priority constituents • Verifies gift capacity and biographical details
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years of experience in prospect research or equivalent field • Demonstrated expertise in prospect research technologies, data tools, CRM (Salesforce preferred) • Strong Analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential and highly sensitive environment
