📋 Description

• Independently consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope on small to medium sized projects. • Collaborates with internal partners and organizations in the design and development of reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs. • Plans projects and request completion tasks. • Provides time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering. • Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant source systems needed to support primary stakeholders and proficiency with related databases/data marts within first year in role. • Develops, validates, and executes queries. • Develops reports and performs data analysis that answers business questions for internal customers. • Interprets results and makes recommendations to business areas based on findings under minimal supervision of more senior analyst or supervisor. • Presents analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years-Relevant experience* (Required) • Epic or other EHR experience • Database concepts and SQL • Tableau/BI tool experience • Familiarity and experience using descriptive and inferential statistics.
