📋 Description
• Assists in resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction • Actively participates in cross training and improving processes within the Customer Service team • Resolves and reconciles enrollment reports and related eligibility issues • Initiates communication with newly enrolled Health Plan members • Interprets rules and regulations in contractual agreements • Performs membership data extract reports for employer groups • Determines eligibility of members and processes terminations • Prepares and disseminates communications regarding enrollment activity • Reviews suspended claims for resolution and provides support to staff
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required) • Minimum of 1 year-Customer Service (Required)
